CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
After losing 36 pounds in 42 days after my second child via emergency C-section, I realized I had TOTAL control over my mind and body. However, my healing process was brutal to say the least. I had absolutely NO CORE STRENGTH. Moving around and getting in and out of bed to do something as simple as bending over to nurse my son was a challenge. I suffered from diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction so l knew I had to learn how to train my body differently and rebuild my core. I started to dive deeper into postpartum fitness and wanted to help more women, mothers in particular like myself, rebuild their core after childbirth so they can REGAIN their confidence and RECLAIM their bodies.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, proud mother of two, wife, author, choreographer, and actress with IMDB credits of Ocar Award winning movies such as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Ganster Squad and Idlewild just to name a few. I am also an on-camera fitness model for Beachbody, Jillian Michaels and a Walk At Home Walk Leader. I aim to inspire you to put hard work in to see positive change in your mind and your body. I definitely make you work for what you want. But I promise, if you stick with me I will give you results that last and sustainable ways to maintain a healthy life.
